Our Analyse product has got a new look and new features with a brand new core set that will enable our worldwide users to perform lookups across our multiple direct-to-operator HLR connections in more efficient and capable ways. Today, we launch our alpha version for testing for anyone who wants to try it.
Our Analyse product uses HLR Lookups and Mobile Number Portability queries to get instant intelligence on any mobile phone number. This new updated product goes much further, fully integrated into MyMessageCloud, clients will be able to sign up and create campaigns customised to their preferences. With self-service payments, they can replenish their campaign balances 24/7 and use a range of default rates and settings.
For the first time, users can select asynchronous mode for when real-time lookups aren’t necessary, perfect for cleansing data lists at leisure. And real-time lookups are more scalable and robust than ever.
Analyse HLR, part of our further platforms updates, is built on an elastic and highly-scalable architecture that will empower us to add new features and tools in future, as well as scaling up and down in accordance with demand. These new update also removes a significant amount of manual account reconciliation currently necessitated, by employing a brand new data analysis system.
We’re still working on a full integration of Analyse HLR with our Rates Engine, so we can provide sophisticated and dynamic rates and routes tailored to each campaign. We hope for a full launch by the end of summer.
We are also continuing work on a new Send SMS product, which shares a lot of technology with Analyse HLR. Together, they will provide foundations for a new generation of communications products that are more scalable, adaptable and cost-effective.

Analyse HLR is fully integrated into MyMessageCloud for a seamless, branded experience and the potential for a range of cross-app opportunities.
It’s quick and easy to create one or more campaigns under a single MyMessageCloud organisation.
Each campaign can be tailored to the user’s needs with brand new HLR+ and a fallback option for automated retries. Async mode also makes its debut.
It’s easy to adjust settings, top-up and find integration details for each campaign, in one place.
User pre-pay via Stripe and, if enabled, in post-pay mode. We also support manual pay for bank transfers in arrears.
Core new product feature updates include:
- Native Analyse HLR app activation and multiple campaign management under MyMessageCloud
- Per-campaign fallback option allowing users to retry failed lookups automatically
- Per-campaign option for asynchronous lookups to a user-defined URL
- Users can prepay via a Stripe credit card payment in 3 supported currencies
- Upon request, users can pay in arrears either by card or by manual payment

- An elastic, serverless architecture for high-scale and future adaptation
